The location was convenient. I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The pub downstairs had a cute atmosphere, and the food was AMAZING!!! My room had tea and coffee facilities, and the kettle worked quickly.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low.

general cleanliness was not great in the room. i saw splattered mirrors and coffee stains up the walls. a heater had not been dusted in what looked like 20 years. i also noted a very dirty bed runner and stained towels in the bathroom.

i liked the location as it was only a short walk to the town centre. the staff were friendly and always happy to help. i found the food tasty too. i'd happily stay there again.
the bathroom could have been cleaner but it wasn't a major problem.
